Once approved by you and logged in a requester will be able to fill out facility request forms and manage their own requests.
- Requesters can view past and future requests
- Requesters can create new requests, edit/duplicate old requests
- Requesters can not change an event once it has been approved

- Requesters can maintain and update their own passwords and contact information
