Web-based public calendar	Anyone, anywhere in the world with internet access can view your calendar. The calendar has: built-in online help, view months, weeks, or days events, direct link to your homepage, filter events by facility or category, and much more. Powerful controls lets you focus on the information you need. Simple interface lets anyone quickly get the information they need. View by Month, Week or Day. Built-in online help. Filter by Facility or Category Event detail can hold links, graphics or sounds.
Public reservation system	Anyone can sign-up to request a facility but you control who is approved before they get access to the request system. You can turn this feature off if you want. Anyone can sign up. You approve who gets access. Collect the details you need to know about who will be making facility requests.
Unlimited number of facilities	You can create an unlimited number of facilities for your calendar. Each facility lets you control the following: contact person, web link, conflict checking, and more. Every facility is basically a new calendar. You can have unlimited numbers of facilities all viewable on your public calendar. Turn conflict checking on or off for each facility. Each facility can have a web link to additional facility details. You can include a complete facility description online that is viewable by people making reservations.
Automatic E-mail notification	As you work with requesters and events, people are kept informed automatically via e-mail. E-mails are automatically sent when a person signs up to be a requester, when an event is approved, when an event is invoiced, etc. When a requester is approved they are automatically e-mailed with a link to your calendar and with their auto-generated password. When facility requests are approved/denied the requester is automatically e-mailed with details about the approval and notes entered by the approver.
Full-featured facility request system	Our state of the art system lets people generate a request for: multiple facilities, multiple days, repeated days, non-showing events, special setups, and more. Full set of tools to request the facilities and times you want with a single form. Fully describe your event with unlimited text, unlimited formatting, unlimited graphics, unlimited hyperlinks. Hide or show your event on the public calendar Provide information about special set-up you want staff to help with. Provide staff an onsite contact to make sure things go smoothly when the event occurs. Gather information about attendance, food service and admission to help administration manage events. Link to school policies and fee information directly from the request form.
Conflict checking/Resource reservation	Our system will automatically check to see if a requested event will conflict with one already on the calendar. Requesters are automatically notified before they submit that their events have conflicts and we provide tools to work conflict resolution. No more checking around to see if a space is available. Our system will not let conflicting events onto the schedule.
Event approval	We offer a sophisticated system to help you work with event requests. A multi-tiered administrative system lets event approvers focus on just the events they need to see yet allows flexibility to avoid approval bottlenecks. Filter events by level or facility. This lets specific administrators focus on only events in their areas. Move events from one approval level to the next. Let each person in the chain of command sign off on the event. Approval process is automatically logged. See when, who and what happened in every event approval process. Attach notes to the automatic email generated when an event is approved/declined. Let users know why and what you expect. Set fees by individual events.
Event upload	Our system lets you build large event lists off-line and then upload hundreds of them all at once. Large event lists from athletics or at the beginning of the school year can be uploaded all at once. Uploaded events are automatically approved and put on the public calendar. Use the same lists next year, just change the dates and re-upload
Site look and feel	You can change colors and graphics across the entire scheduling site so it looks and feels like the rest of your site. This provides a seamless experience for your community members. Our calendar pages can look like your existing site. Do I need to be a school district to sign up?	No. Our solutions work for single buildings such as high schools, or entire school districts with dozens of buildings.
How is my data protected?	Your data is kept in a secure facility with the following features: 7/16 inch thick steel sheeting around the front door and within the front reception area 2 level, man-trap, security access - before actually being able to enter the raised floor area 256+ - fixed positioned, security cameras All camera footage is recorded and held for a minimum of 30 days Level 5 bullet-resistant walls / glass (Kevlar Lined walls) in the front entry, lobby, guard station, and shipping and receiving areas 24 x 7 x 365 on-site security guards Security service is bonded No signage on building
