The CAC presented a referendum recommendation to the Board of Education on Monday, May 19th based on the community survey responses and the needs of the district.
Referendum Recommendation:
5 Year Non-Recurring Referendum
Beginning at $275,000 the first year
Increasing $50,000 each of the next four years
Ending at $475,000 the fifth and final year
Referendum Election to be held Tuesday, September 9, 2008
This committee was assembled for the purpose of advising the school board and administration on future referendum planning to address the current facility needs, curriculum needs and daily operations needs of the school district. Your feedback to this committee has been important to the district and the Deerfield Community.
